Following the entry into force of the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679 hereinafter ‘GDPR’ of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that SCENERY SNC di GELAIN SARA & C. provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that this processing will be based on the principles of Lawfulness (art. 6), conditions for consent (art. 7), transparency (art. 12) and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

This protection is aimed at all those who have a relationship with SCENERY SNC di GELAIN SARA & C., whether employees, suppliers, customers, potential customers, advertisers.

Purpose of treatment

We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, in accordance with Article 5 of the GDPR, the storage of your data will be kept on protected servers and used by SCENERY SNC di GELAIN SARA & C. until you request to be deleted from the mailing list and/or database (right to be forgotten) as reported on each newsletter sent. Regarding the provision of personal data, we inform you that:

  • Indication of the identification details of the Data Controller and the Data Processor(s), as well as, if applicable, the representative designated by a foreign entity to process the data in Italy; 
  • Information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the state, as managers or appointees.

Obtaining:

  • The updating, rectification or supplementation of data concerning you.
  • The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
